Does it hurt?
At 0.25–0.5mm most people feel light prickling, similar to a stiff brush — no numbing needed. Deeper settings (1.0mm+) feel more intense and are for experienced users; go slowly and work up over weeks, never start deep.
Is at-home microneedling safe?
Used correctly — sterilized before and after, appropriate depth, full recovery between sessions, never on active acne, broken skin or infections — stamping is widely used at home. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or take blood-thinning or acne medication, check with your doctor first.
How long until I see results?

How do I clean it?
Soak the head in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 5 minutes before and after every use, air-dry, and store with the protective cap on. Never share your stamp with anyone else — get them their own (that's what the Duo is for).
When should I replace it?
Our Medical-Grade Stainless Steel holds an edge far longer than normal. With proper care, replace roughly every 20–45 sessions, or immediately if pins look bent or feel like they're tugging rather than pressing cleanly.
What does the 1-year manufacturer warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, damage in transit, and hardware failures under normal use — bent or broken pins out of the box, a stuck or faulty depth dial, a cracked body. We ship a free replacement, no return needed. It doesn't cover normal pin dulling over many sessions (that's expected wear — see above) or lost items.
