Press the stamp straight down and lift — never drag. Work in a grid pattern across the treatment area with light, even pressure. After stamping, apply your serum immediately.

At lower depths (0.25–0.5mm) you can use it once every 1–2 weeks. At deeper settings (1.0mm+) allow 4–6 weeks between sessions to give your skin full time to recover and produce collagen. Never use on irritated, broken, or sunburned skin.

For 24 hours after treatment avoid: makeup, retinol, AHAs/BHAs, direct sun exposure, swimming pools, saunas, and intense exercise. Apply SPF the following morning. Keep the treated area clean and moisturised. Redness and mild sensitivity for 24–48 hours is completely normal.

Do not use if you have: active acne or infections, eczema or psoriasis on the treatment area, blood clotting disorders, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are currently on blood thinners. Always consult a doctor if you are unsure whether microneedling is appropriate for your skin.
